Yes you can. Visit our Bill Payment page, click the green "Pay Your Bill Now" button and pay your bill online using your credit or debit card. You can pay the exact amount due, or click on the Amount Due (in Blue text) and enter in the amount you want to pay. Please remember that if you choose to pay less than the amount due you may be subject to late fees if there is a balance on your account after the due date.

You may not have - the numbers on your meter may have been transposed or hard to read. You could possibly have a leaky toilet or faucet that's difficult to detect. Just call the office and we'll work with you to solve the problem.

Check your meter and the surrounding area for possible leaks. Next, most homes have Pressure Reducing Valves (PRV) installed on the customers side of the meter. Inspect, clean or replace your PRV and check your water pressure. If this does not work, call our office and report low pressure for your area.

A repair could have been completed recently allowing air to enter the line, causing the milky look.

Most likely your water heater needs to be flushed. CAUTION: Most manufacturers recommend hiring a professional to flush your water heater. If you plan on doing this yourself, read the owner's manual to keep from being hurt and or damaging the water heater.

We may have received it after the due date or we may not have received it at all. Call our office and we will help you solve the problem.
